Mindfulness for Life

This workshop is for adults who are wanting to learn mindfulness skills and meditation to manage the stresses and anxieties of daily life. Learn a variety of mindfulness skills that are easy to apply and effective from our psychologists. Enjoy the opportunity to ask questions and experience the MINDFUL you.

Duration: 1 session

Frequency: 1 x 2 hour session

Maximum participants: 10

Cost: $40 per person per session*

*A GP Mental Health Care Plan will make you eligible for a medicare rebate of $25.80 for 10 sessions per calendar year.
